AI Automation Engineer

Job description
We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help us build intelligent systems that make cross border employment simpler and more efficient.
You'll work on AI powered workflows that reduce manual work across areas like employee onboarding, document processing, compliance, payroll, and internal operations.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and automated workflows for operational processes.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and third party tools.
- Identify repetitive processes and turn them into reliable automated workflows.
- Build systems for document extraction, classification, validation, and processing.
- Develop internal AI tools that help teams make faster decisions.
- Test, monitor, and continuously improve AI workflows for accuracy and reliability.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to turn business problems into technical solutions.
What we're looking for
- Experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
- Experience building automation workflows using tools, APIs, or custom code.
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
